2011 - 2012 Hockey Season
Dates On-Line Registration September 15th - September 25th, 2011

We are implimenting a new on-line registration program. It is All players regardless of age are to register on-line to help streamline our paperwork system. If you are a first year "Learn to Skate" parent please return to home page and select the "Learn to Skate" Tab.

Fees listed below reflect the USA Hockey fee of $30.00 for insurance and  the $10.00 fee due to WAHA for players 2006 and older. During your on-line registration process you will be guided through the steps to register for both USA Hockey and WAHA. You are not required to print the below forms at bottom of page, they are for your information only.

Registration Instructions:

1) Click the "Register Now" button below

2) Select "New User"

3) Click the usa hockey link to register for USA Hockey and WAHA  to receive your confirmation number

4) Enter "Confirmation number"

5) Select program level - It is important to select the proper level, if your child is under the age of 8 and you are not sure please contact Sharon before making selection. Also please note some programs are only available to first year skaters

6) Raffle will be checked for your first child, if you register more than one child it will not be added again.

7) If you are Mite and older and would like a Rink Rat pass and 4 on 4 a $20.00 discount will be applied at checkout

8) Complete player and family profile

9) Follow instructions to the checkout "Cart" page. If you have another player to register click the button to register more players. 

10) Print confirmation page

11) You will receive confirmation e-mail when complete

VERY IMPORTANT
WHAT TO DO AFTER YOU COMPLETE YOUR ON-LINE REGISTRATION  

• Bring in a copy of your Child's Birth Certificate to the HSC Office  - If not already on file 
• Pay Fees for Volunteers Hours not Worked Last Season - See Details Below
• Registration Raffle Tickets (one book per family) and All Star Wrestling Fundraiser Tickets (2 per player) will be handed out a Parents Meeting Tuesday September 27th at 6:00pm.  

*All first year TRAVELING TEAM SKATERS Squirt and older never having played as a
USA Hockey registered player.

Past due fees from the previous season must also be paid at registration. Remaining volunteer hours 2010-11 season are billed at $12.00 per hour. If you are unsure if your hours are complete or need to know balance due please contact Sharon at HSC Office before registration.
