Girls Hockey in Hayward for the 2023-2024 Season

High School

• Hayward hosts the only Girls High School Co-op Team in Northern Wisconsin

Youth Hockey

• Hayward youth hockey hosts the 12U and 14U Co-op Girls Teams
• 12U and 14U Girls from Hayward have the opportunity to play for the Hayward Girls Co-op Team who are based out of Hayward
• 12U and 14U Girls from surronding towns have the oppurtunity to play for their home associations and the 12U or 14U Girls Co-op Team. Hayward does ask that 12U and 14U Girls commit to at least one practice per week in Hayward and that the Girls Team is their primary team (please discuss with your coach). Girls choosing this option should register with their home association (pay registration fees and do volunteer hours there), complete this registration (choose the no fee option) and understand that you will be asked to volunteer for team activities like home tournaments. 
• 10U Girls have the oppurtunity to try out for the 12U Girls team in Hayward or to play with Spooner 10U Girls team.
• 8U Girls have the oppurtunity to play with Hayward IDL
